Dean Castle Country Park, Kilmarnock

A brand new fire and light spectacular in Kilmarnock’s Dean Castle Country Park is set to be this autumn’s hottest ticket.  ILLUMINIGHT will be a magical experience for all the family with stunning visuals, state of the art lighting installations and music along a trail showing the Country Park in a whole new light.  The 1.5km trail will take visitors through the historic woodland, alongside an illuminated River Irvine and through the fantastic new wetland areas with surprises around every corner.  

The event will take place in October and November 2017 and forms part of the celebrations for the re-opening of the famous Kilmarnock attraction, following a multi-million pound restoration and renovation project.

The experience for visitors will be enhanced by quality local food outlets offering the very best of Scottish fare along the way.

Organisers East Ayrshire Leisure and Unique Events, are keeping full details of ILLUMINIGHT under wraps for now, but promise visitors an unforgettable illumination experience at one of Scotland’s most picturesque heritage attractions.

ILLUMINIGHT will run from Wednesday 25 October to Sunday 19 November, every night except Mondays.  Tickets, for allocated time slots, are on sale from 10.00am on Friday 4th August from www.illuminight.co.uk or by telephone on 0844 573 8455.*   Adult tickets are £12.00 (including all fees), children’s tickets are £6.00 (including all fees). Family and Group tickets are also available. Adult tickets are available to KA postcode holders at a special rate of £10.80 (incl. all fees). This discount is limited and is applied automatically to eligible purchases at checkout.
